Taiwan’s Safety and Security Industry – Committed to Be Your Reliable Choice for All Government Procurement Needs
Taiwan has been regarded as the world’s security products manufacturing powerbase for many years. The high-end skills of the world’s leading technical talent for software/IT integration in Taiwan are the key to ensuring that products made in Taiwan maintain high quality and that “MIT” brands are welcomed by overseas buyers.
Since Taiwan’s official accession to the WTO Government Procurement Agreement (GPA) in July of 2009, many Taiwanese enterprises have successfully obtained subcontracting opportunities around the world. About US$2 billion worth of subcontracts have been generated in a short span of time, from July 2009 up to the end of 2012, demonstrating Taiwan’s dynamism not only in meeting a tender’s carefully crafted demands, but in gaining the confidence of the tender winners.
