E-bike kit maker GreenTrans has recently launched a new line of e-bike kits for 2015 that feature a powerful 48 volt system to provide up to 70Nm of torque.
According to GreenTrans, with the new system the company is hoping to make it into top ten e-bike kit brands in Europe with at least 5 percent market share by 2018.
The GreenTrans e-bike power kit consists of four major components: the battery, the torque sensor, the motor, and the LCD console. The company’s wide variety of kits are designed to turn any mountain bike, trekking bike, and city bike into electric power rides capable of speeds up to 25 km/h or 45 km/h, depending on the type of kit set used.
The company’s 2015 models offer a new console function that estimates the remaining travel distance left in the battery according to the riding mode. The 2015 GreenTrans mid-motor kit, which features a powerful motor mounted in the middle section of the bike, has been recognized by the Taiwan Excellence Award.
